Anniversary and Wedding Rings?
What is the difference between the two? I found a ring I like for my wedding ring.

Yes, you can buy an anniversary ring as a wedding ring. Many women do. The way I look at it, "anniversary" is only a suggestion. No one will look at your ring and say, "Oh, that's an anniversary ring." They can serve either purpose.

If you like it, go for it. Anniversary rings when you already have a wedding ring seem pretty useless to me, just for ppl with too much money

No reason not to buy what you like.
I have a sapphire engagement ring, but I'm sure most people would call it a birthstone ring. The only difference is that buying something called a gemstone engagement ring will mean paying a jacked-up price.
Heck, I've seen "promise rings" (a silly concept if ever there was one and just a way for jewelers to capitalize on the insecurities of young girls) that had larger diamonds than the ones most commonly used for engagement rings 20 years ago. (Yeah, it seems like people want much larger diamonds than they used to be happy with.)
Don't let people trying to take your money tell you how you should spend it.

Usually anniversary rings are more ornate with semi-precious to precious stones set in the band or an eternity ring. Wedding bands are less ornate so as not to overpower the engagement ring.
